Look what my brother just got......

Six Altec duplexes with crossovers. All six speakers are mounted in DIY cabinets. He found this deal local to him in his state of Wisconsin. Everything plus the receiver on top for 350 bucks total! (The reciever BTW is a Sansui G8000)

G 8000 is a great receiver and you couldn't buy the plywood alone to build those cabinets for the price he paid. Lots of free goodies right there!

Around these parts we have allot of auction buyers who go around buying up the contents of older homes and some of them should be in prison for robbery.

What gets under my skin is those that take advantage of the elderly. You know, little old lady 90 years old who's paid her dues in life and has something for sale, VERY valuble yet she has no clue and could use some extra money. Young whipper-snapper comes along and tells her its worth 2 dollars and walks away with a clear conscience and a smile.

YOUNG people....on the other hand.....are fair game!
